Return & Exchange Policy

ELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products!

A product eligible for return or exchange includes all products that meet the following criteria: 

  1. Packaging and product are not altered in any way. The item MUST be returned in a cardboard box.

    Items received back in bubble mailers or packing paper may be returned to the sender unopened if the package is perceived as damaged upon arrival.

  2. Hair must not be shaken out, brushed, or styled.

  3. The product has not been worn (except for trying on).

  4. Odor-Free - Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange. This includes cigarette smoke, perfume, shampoo, and any styling products.

  5. Tags and all original packaging must be intact.

  6. Item and/or packaging are not damaged in any way.

  7. Request for Return or Exchange is made within five days of receipt of merchandise.
